What do you think of Antidepressants?  

It might depend on the person and how affected he/she is because of depression.

I do believe in natural medicine remedies and that they do work. How do they do for mentall illnes? I would not know, but I guess there could be some options if you ask for some professional advice.

I think that many prescribed medicines have questionable ingredients. I know that some people must take such drugs given by their doctor. I believe that for moderate depression homeopathic remedies work well. In health food shops St John's Wort is sold and that can be excellent. I think that lifestyle changes might help depression like clutter clearing so that the person's house has more space and they are better organized. The person could eat more fruit and vegetables. He or she could talke exercise like swimming, running, walking or cycling.

Psychotropic medicines are prescribed by the Qualified Medical Professional
to the patients, who are not perfect on their character or have been affected
by the mental disturbances. So according to the medicines, it would create
the side effects of Addiction if the patients going to use the same medicines
for long time, and also it is mandatory for the person those who are suffered
by mental disturbances. With regards to Homeopathic medicines, this is a
natural medicines and also has pharmacological action, but unfortunately it
would take such a long time to give the good effects on the treatment, so that
is the reasons all the peoples would prefer to go for the English medicines
because of the fast action. As you have knew that all the natural medicines
does not has much side effects than the English medicines.
