You can get some pretty good anti-spyware and trojan virus detection software for free off the internet. I would recommend AVG Free first, and then maybe AdAware. Both are pretty good at cleaning up your computer. If you're a comcast member, they used to offer free McCafe, but I'm not sure if they still do that.

I use AVG and it is good or me . it is free to download at download.com or type in free antivirus and look up avg.

well.. the problem you are mentioning is not a trojan.. it may be some malware( if it's virus) trojan doesn't effect your system at all. it just grab your data to some remote system

your computer is being hacked, disable the remote assistance, go to control panel,select maintenace and performance, select system, then remote.you should see it by then.
