can people become addicted to farmville?

This game is kinda addictive,my friend said his dad has played it for hours on end.My friend doesn't really care for the game.I think the game is pretty fun.So yes in my mind I would call this game addictive.

i like harvesting in farmville and farm town.its kinda addicting lol and i have fun of arranging animals and plants.

I was so in love with this game I was a lvl 20 in less than 2 weeks! I got to 27 and got bored with it. This was before they added all the flowers and other upgrades. Now I am getting back into it again.:) Anyone hiring? LOL!

It's entirely possible. I haven't spent enough time on there to determine whether or not I would be addicted to the game yet. But my sister is a Farmville addict. She is pretty much on there every day harvesting or doing whatever it is you're supposed to be doing. It's gotten to the point where she's actually working on my farm for me. I guess it's fun for her because a few of her friends are addicted to that game too.

I think people can get addicted to anything if they let themselves and yes that may include Farmville. I think games can be very addicting although I have never really been much into games but I have played a few online games including farmville. I have never been addicted although I did really enjoy playing the similar game of Farmtown but as of lately I haven't been paying either of the two games because just like an game you can only go so far into a game and then the fun is over because it has all been accomplished.

I like farmtown more than farmville.. But i don't find both of it addictive, although i have to check on it every time my crops are ready to harvest. I only work at other farms when i feel like it. Maybe it will only depend on the person who plays it..

I know people that have become addicted to farmville and feel that they have to go on every hour to make sure that everything is okay. personally I started playing farmville and found it to be a really boring game.

I don't play Farmville, because I don't have enough time, with all the activities that I am busy with! Every once in a while, I do have to stop and play, Freecell, Spider Solitaire, and Solitaire, just to relax! I used to play chess against the computer, but it takes a lot of concentration, that here lately I haven't had time for!

I live in hostel as I'm pursuing my Post graduation away from home. And my roommate is absolutely addicted to mafia wars. Sleeping, eating, waking up be it anytime, he's gone nuts about this mafia wars game. Which I find an absolute time wasting activity, but he's nice by heart and smart by mind.

I have seen people on it before. Is that where you have a farm and harvest crops like a virtual farm or something like that .
