Ship pulled up the Blob | | A Japanese fishing trawler fell victim to one or more gigantic jelly fish. * The ship thought it was pulling up a catch of tasty fish but it pulled up the Blob instead. * The things are breeding out of control into mammoth portions or sizes in the Asian sea, and now they took out a fishing ship because we've taken out too many predators and or global warming has made the sea a perfect garden for them to propagate. * Asian fishermen aren't the only ones to have close but creepy encounters with the Blob. These fellas will wash up ashore on the British Isle and put the trash can sized splat on your holiday. * At least those in Australia and Florida are used to having the unpleasantly deadly balloons around. Yech!

There is so much controversy about the whole global warming thing that unless there was absolute proof that it was the cause, I wouldn't consider it. I guess the fishermen are going to be a lot more careful when their hauling up catches.

CraftyCorner (2707) | 2 months ago | Very true. The ocean is also becoming more acidic, for reasons unknown. It is very possible that there is a link to that and the lack of sunspots on the face of the sun too.
