Why divorce rate are going up?

I have several theories on this issue, as someone who promised herself that I would never get a divorce and am now faced with one.

I think the number one reason though is lack of communication. If a couple is unable to verbally share their lives with each other, then that leads to resentments, trust issues, stress, disappointment, and a slew of other issues. I think that some people get so wrapped up in the day to day, and the to-dos, and the right now that they forget that in 50 years when all the hustle and bustle is gone by and not of such great "importance" that all you have left is that person sitting next to you in the rocker on your front porch. As people change over time its important to make sure you still know that person, relearn them everyday, so that you don't turn around and find yourself with a stranger. Does that make sense? Just my thoughts, lol, thanks!

Due to the increased fast lifestyles, personality conflict, sence of over self independency, I alone can do it tendency, lack of cohessive and cooperative attitudes, less mutual respect, poverty, doubting tendency.....

There may be many more. May be i am wrong, but i felt, may be these are few of the reasons.

divorce here in our country is not yet legal, but i know that a lot of countries, divorce to them is legal. divorce rate is going up today because i think it's because of the lifestyle that we are having today, new technologies, easy communications with other people that could lead them for a lot of meet ups.

My opinion on the divorce rate is that its way to easy to get a divorce.. You marry someone for love you need to try and work on that love.. I am not saying that no one should ever get divorced but some people just dont try at there marriage.. In todays world I think its difficult to be married because there are alot more issues in the world that causes fights in marriage.. For example financially its gotten very difficult to save any money because of this economy.. If you have kids most likely both parents need to work which causes exhaustion which I think leads to the couple growing further apart.. THats my theory

In our country also we c the same trend.:( The stress of managing office, home, children, and finances seems to be getting to people. Formerly, women used to stay home, It is now a necessity to work, and most women are not too happy to be doing it. If they were, then may be they would be a bit calmer.

I think the reason for the divorce rate increase is the pressure of having no money as well as having other worries of no work.There are always alot of arguements over money as well as not being able to spend time with our partners due to work commitments.Also alot of people get married to soon and then find out that the person they have married is not the person they want to be with.

They can be many reasons. First, the women are becoming much more dependent today. They can have their own careers and they don't have to rely on men. Second, today people are busy at work. Sometimes they have to work overtime and have business trip now and then. The husband and wife's schedule can not be matched. Since they can't stay with each other most of the time, it is easy to create problems for their marriage. Third, people's concept are different than before. They pay attention to themselves more than others. If they don't feel happy to their marriage, it is easier for them to give it up.

i agree with you that the divorce rate are going up in recent years. the reason are more,i guess parts of reason as below:the first one is whether womam or man are busying with their working, the main time all spend on their career and the circle is not very large,when the age is around thirty year old. the partents and their close relatives are worried more, and as the matter of fact, theirself also want to have a own family, so the one who choose is not real match him/her. or both them are not know well.and the second one is that after married, they need to care more,how to divide the money, how to teach their children,so that the problem appeared in the daily life,as all of them are busy,lack of communicate, so if one of them do not want to be live with another,they will give it up by divorce.good luck and have a nice day!

All things have changed in such a so called society.

With the improvement of our living rapid, the attitude to the life and society have changed a lot. Comapared with partners in the past time, nowadays, people getting married may lack true love and pay more attention to the background of education and family. For the keen competition, people have to face various stress in life and work. So, partners tend to have no time to communicate with each other, which leads to the divorce rate directly.

Of course, people have to learn to be patient with each other if they want to keep a long and steady relationship. Understanding is the key to true love.
