do you keep doing sports everyday?  |

 hi~ mylotters .you know nowadays people are getting more and more busy~ but do you still keep doing sports everyday?like runing for several minute in the morning or take a walk in the evening?
i like sports very much,and i would like doing exercise to keep healthy and strong~ i usually get up at 6:30 and runing for about 30 minute,that would keep me in good spirite for the whole day~ how about you?my friends~

Gone are the days when I have much time to spend on keeping fit and healthy through sports and fitness exercise. I hope that I can regain my personal interest in sports in general and do some exercise on a regular basis. It is very helpful and healthy to take time to exercise and do some physical workout.
