The answer is no. There is no way we can directly transfer our alertpay money to paypal. They are two different and competing money processors. The best thing that I did is to find someone who has an alertpay account with some funds in it. Then I contact the person and have a fund-swap. It means I will send money to his or her paypal account and he will send money to my alertpay account. It is the best method there is and it works if both parties can trust each other.

No. There is no way of transferring money from PayPal to AlertPay or the other way.
You might find websites that say they can do it for free or for money but DO NOT USE THEM, i lost $6 by using one of them and $2 buy using another one when i was trying to transfer from AlertPay to PayPal!!!
Try to ask friends or people who you really trust, and who has paypal and alertpay account and ask them to send you the amount money you wanted to transfer and you will send the same amount back to their PayPal:
eg: alex has AP and PP- Peter has PP and AP . Alex wants $20 into her PayPal account- Peter wants $20 in his AlertPay:
- with AlertPay alex sends $20 to Peters AlertPay AND Peter sends $20 via PayPal to alex's PayPal! its that simple!
You just have to choose the right pperson at the right time: when they need exchange!
