This is nice news:)) I think things like outdoor exercise and the way you meet others doing the same becomes a wonderful habit after you do it for a while, and yours is a very healthy habit!:))

I also want to run in the morning or late afternoon but since we move here our village is not ideal for morning/afternoon exercise because I'm no longer staying in a exclusive village. public vehicles and non-homeowners are so free here. I wish I can do it again, running with my dog.

Running will not only test your endurance to run and do other physical activity but it will keep your fit-- physically and emotionally as you start to appreciate those people around you, enjoy the warm weather--the morning sun and the breeze/fresh air. Good development K.

I can relate to this. Nothing more rewarding than meeting the sun as it rises, breathing the fresh morning air, and welcoming the world as it begins to wake up as you know you are taking care of your spirit, soul, and body all at the same time.
So hard to portray the way one feels when running, especially at the start of a new day.
