You can dream your future and plan.

day dreaming is beneficial if your are dreaming something new that can be useful but if you just day dream just to kill time well i could say it's a bad habit to waste time...i only day dream when i'm not occupied and travelling..

if u spend ur day by dreaming then, DAY DREAMERS YOU ARE MISSING THE CHANCE NIGHT DREAMING.

Frankly speaking,i am one of day dreamer.When i bored with the class,i will think about many things that will happen years later,i know the teacher is telling something he think very important,but i still can not control myself to dreaming. Sometimes,i think what i will be look like three years later,maybe i will marry with a guy,then i will have a baby,then what the baby looks like,and maybe i will get some disease for the childbirth,and my husband will take care of me,and then,and then.I can not stop my britain sometimes,and i think maybe i worried too much,and i don't know how to catch the chance,and i am afraid of miss something.

Everyone should have a dream and everyone shoud dream .We can consider our dream as a goal.
But taking action and working hard to make the dream come true is the most important .

I'm a day dreamer. I just love dreaming/imagining things when I'm bored like waiting for someone to finish things for me to be able to shift on her/him. I just love daydreaming about my favorite idols e.g. actors,singers. I imagine something like, Wu Chun and Ella Chen is going out then they treat me as their daughter, and I'm like really close to them.

Lol, I know! Chunella is a cute couple! If you don't know them, well, they are taiwanese actors and singers. Very cute couple:D Ella is epic while Chun's hot:D lol. I just love daydreaming^^ I also daydream about my showbiz crush like Hey!Say!JUMP's Chinen Yuuri and many more. Also about me being super rich and being a showbiz icon. That'll be cool if that thing happens in real life! xD

When i was a little one I used to do it a lot .. but during the course of aging it changed to future planing... and i can happily say ..Yes I'm a day dreamer...

People who day dream have great imagination because they can dream with their eyes open. Its very interesting. They silently make the boring day into a day of making plans for the future.

Day Dreaming is a normal thing that most individual does. imagination is not bad at all, in fact it can be constructive in some context. Natural way to get rid of daydreaming are:Engage yourself in useful physical exercise, Practice Yoga, Reduce seeing TV for long hours etc. Don't be alone, be with your friends or parents or with books.
