Your boss got mad! Its your day in office.

Nope, that is not how it works with my job, and mostly I am not in the office. Things are constantly changing at my job, but if the boss gets mad, people get fired.

boss is always a boss.he pay u salary and u have to listen ti him.thats the purpose he employed u.

Hi! Well, my boss at the place where I have work once always got mad because I always come to work late.
But he didn't show his madness on me.
He will show his anger to the other staff but when with me.
He will ask the reason calmly why I got late.

A boss can do anything he desires as long as it doesn't interfere with our personal life and our own work, that would be his own lookout. At least, the salary is still alright. There is just his own problem of madness. I don't like a boss that is always mad especially if he is bringing his madness from dawn till the setting down of the sun.

Bosses are just our bosses and they are not our parents or other relatives.

Sometimes, a boss may get mad for a day, but we can do nothing but learn to put up with such a situation. What's more, you'd better do work well in case your action make him become more angry. Then, we may really meet some troubles. It is really a difficult task to improve the relationship with the bosses but we should try our best to leave a good impression on them.

We are just staff and we have no right to get mad. Going mad is the "right" of bosses.

hi world2lot well my first boss was the boss from heaven, she was fair,she was just,and we all really,really loved her.she was the branch manager of our library, I felt awful when she moved to brea library to be in her own home town,then we got the boss from hell.she was bi polar which is certainly no crime,but she would not take her medication.so one day she would love us all, we were all the best workers ever etc.etc. but the next day watch out,she was grumpy and mean, and nobody was doing anything right, and so we just all did our work and kept our distance. I was so glad to finally retire and let her have it, she actually fired me for,get this,being the best worker she ever had but you are almost eighty, and she lost her job because headquarters fired here for firing an employee solely because of age,it is called ageism.so what went around came around.
