Streets Are Saying Things..

Do you appreciate street painting & grafitti or do you resent it?What do you think about the legal situation for painting in the streets? Do you think street art should be banned in places where Street painting and graffiti art is practiced as they use the footpaths as their canvas and some people find it annoying but many appreciate it too...Right now in Barcelone Street painting is not allowed!!

"Street Painting" is the activity of rendering artistic designs on pavements such as streets, sidewalks and town squares, by using impermanent materials.
In cities and towns throughout the world pedestrians may see a patch of sidewalk or paved surface decorated with chalk or pastels.

You know, my mother had bugged me for years to go to this festival in Bandra in India and I kept putting it off, thinking to myself, oh ya, people drawing on pavement, ya right! No, no, I never told her that! LOL

Well, when I finally figured I couldn't put it off any longer, I broke down and we went.

Let me tell you, I was totally blown away! If you get the opportunity to go to a street painting festival, don't pass it up!
