I use aloe vera for burns and sun-burns. I used to have a plant that I would take a leaf off and open it directly to my skin for the burn. Now a days, I am not a good green thumb so I use the spray bottle lotion from the store. I will also use skin lotion with aloe vera and sometimes I will use shampoo with aloe vera. It is wildly used for many things and if you have a green thumb, cheap remedy.

I use it as a shaving gel (aloe vera gel). I know its good for your skin, as it has allot of healing factors. You can use it if you get sun burn. Its also good to drink, it is suppose to relieve any digestive issues like heartburn and irritation.

All I know about Aloe Vera is it helps moisturize dry skin. It also help us to have thick and healthy hair. Other use it as a shampoo and most people who suffer hair loss use it as an alternative way to make their hair thicker and stringer. But I think it is still best to use if it undergone a certain process like some beauty manufacturers do. Because I have tried applying it on my skin directly before, and I got rashes and some redness. And the smell of it is not that nice at all.

Aloe Vera is good for hair and skin. It helps to grow hair and keep the hair black. People using this by mixing it oil and apply in head. Most of the mothers are preparing Aloe Vera oil for their daughters. There so many befits for skin and our body other than hair but I heard its importance related with hair mainly.
