who will cook in your house

I do the cooking primarily, although my husband will help me if I ask him to. I know when I make cookies he likes to help me. He will help me measure ingredients and will also help me with our electric mixer. He will take the food out of the oven. I like to cook. It helps me release stress.

My dad...my poor dad. No gender bias intended, but in most homes here, it's the mother who does these chores in most cases. But my dad had to do it. Even before my mother died, he had always been the kitchen person. He's even the laundry person too!

My mom does the cooking...she does it very well...so the other members of the family don't get involved in it. I know it's just a pretext, but it is working:))

I cook, even because I'm single, so if it is not me...
I am a quick-cooker, most of all I make one dish by cooking together meat and vegs and eat up from that. I come back home late from work so I don't have much time for cooking.

I do most of the cooking in our house. My husband will cook from time to time, he is not too well at present so he doesn't do it too often. I have only just started to enjoy cooking I used to hate it. I would come home from work and feel too tired to cook. I no longer work full time and now I have the extra time I am learning all sorts of new things as well as learning to love cooking! My husband is a great cook he makes some delicious meals too - I am playing catchup but I am getting much better at cooking now.

My family has always been my mom for cooking. Because my father is very busy working outside. My mother did a very good meal to eat, but I didn't inherit my mother's craft. So when I heard my father say today, by my cooking, he is always seeking pretexts for not home for dinner.

Hi, crushy79! In my home almost everyone cooks. Me, my mom, my husband, even my children cook. I like to cook, and so do my children. It is something we can all do together everyday, not just during the holidays. It is a way for us to all get together to find out how things are going in everyones lives, what is new, and what each of us has learned, and the different recipes we have found and share them. It is a family affair, i guess you could say, and we all have a great time doing it.
