I prefer most vegetarian than non-vegetarian. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian are good for health. We have a balanced diet of veg and non veg and most of the time we will avoid red meats. This will increase the cholestrol level

I love veggies more so especially its alot more healthy. I don't eat red meat. I usually only eat turkey and chicken but that too is maybe once a week. I eat pasta and cooked veggies alot because I love it.

I think both should be balance to achieved a healthy body. So much more in vegetables I think is not that healthy, Because our body also need meat that is high in protein so that it will be build strong. I will prefer to make it balance. Eating vegetables and non eating vegetables should balance their self to make their body more stronger!

I have been a vegetarian all my life and I am convinced it is the only way to save the planet. I lived in India in a state called Haridwar which is the only state in India where mean of any sort is not only illegle but is more difficult to get on the black market than drugs. I really believe that is the only way to save or rather repair the damge we have done to the earth.

Most of the time, i prefer to have a meal of non vegetarian, as it tastes nice on my taste bud. But, i do practice to have a vegetarian meal on every Sunday, as a means to cleanse out toxic from our body. It's good to have a fully vegetarian meal for a day, so our body can stay health on fine like usual. Although at first, it might be quite hard for us to familiar with it, but after you practice it for a few times, your tongue can used to the taste of vegetarian food, too...

Vegetarian for sure.
The true myth is that vegetarians are malnourished. I would say that non vegetarians are malnourished coz they are deprived of the real minerals, proteins and vitamins available in vegetarian food. Veg food is most healthy.
