How do I INCREASE NW MY HEIGHT?

at your age there's no guarantee in gaining that few extra inches it really depends on your body metabolism, but be watchful with your health lifestyle, regular exercise (streaching, jogging, swimming, etc), a good posture and maintaining proper diet will greatly enhance the chances..dont' use supplements or gadgets they only burn your cash..

Hi.. I'm just wondering, why do you want to increase your height more? Your height is tall enough for your age but you're still growing until you reaches your 21st age.. Maybe 3 inches more.

Yeah proper exercise and eat a lot of nutritious foods might be a big help and I also believe to the power of vitamins..^_^

You're really lucky I'm only 5 feet. Hmm, I guess you should try basketball or other sports. I think those activities would stimulate your bones to grow. Or, you can try some growth supplements but I don't think those are effective. I tried them once but my height is still the same.

i know about alfa malt forte it is tonic which is good for height gain,and also for body building my cusion brother use to take.. i am from India, i don't know ur from which country and whether that is available in ur country or not..

five feet 7 inch is also not bad height..
