SBI won't charge you. Paypal converts the money and sends Indian Rupee to your savings account. When you want to withdraw dollars from Paypal, it will show you the exchange rate and how much rupee it comes to. If the amount you are withdrawing from Paypal to SBI is below the limit(i.e Rs5000 or so) then Rs50 will be deducted from the amount you are withdrawing.
Ex: 1] You want to withdraw $100 into your SBI account. The exchange rate is $1=Rs50. Then Rs5000 gets transfered to SBI account. No charge.
2] You want to withdraw $50. The exchange rate is $1=Rs50. Then Rs.2500 - Rs.50= Rs.2450 gets transfered to SBI.
SBI does not charge you anything since there is no currency conversion for them.
Hope this clears your doubt.

Actually malpao, the charge that I was reffering may or may not be applicable to you... it depends on the agreement of the buyer who pays you... Some buyer (online sites that pays us) have prior agreement with paypal... so you will see no deductions on the money that was credited to you. Check on the details of every transactions in your paypal. You will see if there are deductions or none. Everything is there. Hope this help you.
