Has anyone tried working doble jobs? or 2 jobs in a day?

Well, I have 2 jobs before but mine was not 2 jobs in a day because one is full time the other is a consultancy where i am called whenever im needed and i see to it that it does not affect my full time job. Its true that there are people who has 2 jobs in one day. I dont think i can do it.

absolutely, I had two jobs and loved every minute of it! The second job was most satisfying because it was at an after school program with children grades K-8 as a Teacher's Aide...It was only part time, about 3 hours a day, but I loved it.
I am saddened because I had to resign...the agency that hired me is corrupt...they get grants from the government and use the funds for other things...I cannot work for a questionable agency...I just can't do it...
But having 2 jobs is a good thing, especially considering our economy and if one can swing it, why not?

Hi nrtan, I did in the beginning of my career. Well, it is very tiring if u r in a kind of job that pays comparatively well, but is not to ur liking, especially if u dont really have a choice but to do it.:( I think any job is enjoyable if u do not really have that - if I dont do this, I wouldnt manage to pay my rent or buy food - tag to it.:)

When I was 22-years-old I did work two jobs at the same time. My first one was working for a local company as a data entry processor and my second job was a part-time evening job as an usher at the local baseball stadium. On the days when I had to work both jobs, they days were very long (over 12 hours working in a day) but the income was well worth it because I was earning extra money and thus able to get ahead in my finances. I wouldn't recommend working two jobs to just anyone, but if you find a couple of jobs that you enjoy, then it is great to work two jobs. I don't think it would be as fun if you hated one or both of your jobs.

hello nrtan, that's how people work hard and it's really good money but unfortunately this also applies to Filipinos who also work in the states. my uncle-in-law works as a room service attendant and a part time caregiver. it ain't a joke there, the day off there is compulsary and you really got to enjoy your off or otherwise, you gonna have to wait for another day off to spent with

I have friends who works double jobs and I think they are really "exhausted". In my opinion, it is possible if your body can handle too much stress. After one 8 hour job and then rushing to another job is something that I don't think I would like to do. The fact I won't be productive and as active like I was in my first job but also my brain is already tired processing. We must remember that earning a lot of money is good but once your health suffers, I doubt if it will still be a good thing. Coz all of your earnings will just go straight to the hospital and medication:)

When I was 19 I actually did work 2 full time jobs at one time. I worked third and first. When I got off work I would have time to go home, take a shower, and get ready for the other one. When I got off there I would sleep 5-6 hours and start the routine again. It was very tiring at the time, but couldn't complain about the money.

I have worked 2 jobs before. I was working 6 days a week from 7:00am to 7:30 pm. It was not bad at first but after a couple of years I started getting tired out so now I have one job that I work everyday and I have a part time job that I only work once in a while, it's an on-call type of thing.

For other country it's true! That is if you can do the job, or if you can manage the jobs. But for our Country i think it's illegal, having two company at the same time? unless i think for professors, they teach in undergrad studies for 5 days then at week end they teach at masters degree (as part time). O by the way even if you dont have job we can still do multi-tasking work while in the office or the so called work redunduncy. And if you want to make to make extra cash, with the power of the internet you can do it, try PTC sites, PTR, or work partime online. In my cycle,few of us working double jobs at the same time.In that case,the body will be very tired.But i think having another job at weekend is a good thinking.
