Have you used Nivea's My Silhouette cream?  | |  On TV ads, it is touted as helping you fit into a smaller size of jeans! Does it work? Does it actually firm your skin up enough that you can fit easier into your pants? I want to try it, but am sceptical! So if you've used it, please share your experiences!
