How often do you rat eother users or mark 'best response'?

Rating is not compulsory but is a nice feature mylot site give us to use. Yet, in fact, I don't see the use of the "-", while simply rate + or no rate would be enough ..

As to ask to the actual question, I'm often lazy and/or forget to rate sometimes .. usually I rate friends and them great answers and non-friends when I find something worth to use one click

I often forget to rate ones discussions, I have done it a few times but I haven't in awhile just because I always forget. I too do go in and mark best response for my discussions and i try to go in and respond to all the ones who have commented to my discussions but sometimes I never get to as much as I should. I will have to try and remember to rate a discussion or response more often.
