Thanks Dawn. I guess that you are right, what is and is not a troll is at least partly what a person perceives another to be, so we could all be trolls at one point or another without ever knowing or intending to be one.

I've seen a few situations like that too. Over on Yuwie one friend dropped another friend and wouldn't forgive them. The one over there who got really mad at me over something I was eventually able to patch it up with.

Nobody on this discussion, but there have been trolls on myLot before.

A troublemaker, a stalker, something like that. I wouldn't say that offending somebody when you didn't mean to would make you a troll. But the offended party might say differently. For me personally, I'd consider a troll a person who is deliberately going around aggravating people.

Well, in that case I am not a troll, though I am tempted to bang a few heads now and then...just kidding...lol.

But as you say, to someone who takes offense they may view any of us as a troll.
