| | | | | | 1.  paleorainy (573) | 4 weeks ago |  My healthy quick fixh meal is meat cut into stripes or some fish fillet if you like, cooked in a pan with some olive oil and vegetables. Any vegs are ok but I tend to sure carrots, peppers, tomatoes (not much), chard, cabbage...just vegs and meat (or fish) and oil, and let go on the fire until everything looks nice.
It doesn't take more than 10 minutes to do and is tasty.
