To start off the day with a tasty healthy food, I would have cereals, quaker oats or corn flakes with milk and a bit of sugar. I like that, in fact a bit addicted to cereals. I believe cereals is excellent for the health in many ways, and with the milk together adds more value. Ih the milk is with vitamins added, that's even much better.

My healthy quick fixh meal is meat cut into stripes or some fish fillet if you like, cooked in a pan with some olive oil and vegetables. Any vegs are ok but I tend to sure carrots, peppers, tomatoes (not much), chard, cabbage...just vegs and meat (or fish) and oil, and let go on the fire until everything looks nice.
It doesn't take more than 10 minutes to do and is tasty.
