diet plan help required!! email this discussion to a friend?

Hello fitness freaks.Well i am 20 year old girl, with height 5.11, and weigh around 70 kg.
I want to take up a fitness diet plan to shed at least 6-7 kg's weight.I do yoga particularly "SURYA NAMASKAR", do cycling on the cycling machine at home,and sometimes go out for a brisk walk as well.I take up oat meals as my breakfast as much as i can.But still after all this i don't get the desired results.

I love eating, since i am from animation industry my work is all sitting in front of pc and working.

I realy want a diet plan to give me the desired result.Moreoever i find it difficult to NOT eat.But i make sure for what all i eat i compensate by working out extra.

So if any one has any suggestions for me, how to lose weight not by going on a crash diet which wil leave me hungry and unhappy, but workouts in the right proportion,an intake of food in right amounts, which will fill my tummy although, please do leme know.I have looked up on many diet plans but don't know which one will suite me.So many options are available that i am left with confusions.I have given my somewhat stats in the beginning of my para so you can decide on that basis.I dont want to loose massive weight as i am tall and so i will look all but bones.

You don't need to loose much, but yoga isn't going to make you lose fat mass. Cycling is good as long as you don't overdo it. Lift some weights, you'll see how pounds come off!! lol And get free of sugar, grains and processed food. Meat, fish, vegetables and fruit, and nuts of course. You'llprobabily be done in less than a month.

oh is that so?I will keep in mind you tips.But as i said i cant keep away from food.But ya i take very less intakes of sugar.I just have dark chocolate that too once in a week or two.

I try to be on diet also and I have success after 2 months. I am a secretary of a trading company. I also sit all days in the office. Therefore my 'hip' is getting bigger and bigger.

During my diet, I try to do some simple exercise in the office after working like 2 hours. For meals, I take ham and cheese sandwiches for breakfast (p.s. no sauce or salad dressing). Only cereal is not enough nutrition for a human being especially in the morning. For lunch, I prefer to cook for myself. Because I can manage use of oil and salt. If not, choose the food with less oil instead of not eating anything. For dinner, I don't eat rice. I just take a little quantiyty of food since we don't need to spend much energy at night time. Don't ever eat before 2-3 hour sleeping. You will get fat easily.

Doing exercise daily around 1 hr is the most important factor for keep fit. I believe you can do this, right?

Hi rockstar,

First stop having junk foods.It'll increase ur weight like anything.And also dont have food in intermediate timings.Have food 3 times a day.Dont have food wihich have more calories.Do exercise, walking regularly.Do Yoga.Avoid having non veg foods.
