Any ideas on promoting a blog?  |

 A few years ago I started a blog and tried to promote it but, after much frustration, I gave up. I wasn't seeing the results I had hoped for. I tried using Google AdWords, but it got too expensive and the visitors were low quality.
Does anyone have any other ideas on promoting my blog? Really, any ideas are welcome!
