splash!!!!!

on wow cyn, are you ok? some drivers just don't care do they, this is how people are killed by careless drivers, they should be more considerate for others when they drive, i was splashed by a bus and a car, twice in one day...LOL....

Thank you I am fine but I was a little shaken as I toppled backways and was grabbed by someone to stop me from falling.

wow imagine if that person had not have been there cyn, that could have been fatal...you were so lucky....thank god that person was there to catch you...

that's the problem kez, proving that it was done on purpose also catching them is a task too unless it's caught on camera, i was actually walking with my head down and in a bit of a hurry, in a world of my own as usual, so i wasn't expecting that, but i carried on regardless only to get splashed again....i am nice and dry now, i just hope i don't end up with a cold...

Hatley, you are more than welcome to this rain, there's alot of it, it keeps coming and coming, infact it's so cold that when it hits you, it stings the skin, the winter is really kicking in here, it was nice of the lady in the coffee shop to help you out, at least the sun came out afterwards, i do remember one time i was going for an important interview, i had my trouser suit on, my hair done all nice, make-up on, i really made the effort, next minute WHOOSH!!! the heavens opened, i was soaked through, all the curls in my hair fell out, i looked like sissy spacek in Carrie, lol, i had mascara running down my cheeks, i looked like a drowned rat, but i still went for the interview not knowing that the mascara was all down my face...LOL, so i now know why everyone was staring at me when i went into the office, but putting that aside, i did get the job....

i did respond to this earlier on but my moden went skewiff, it's only just come back on again, it was a long reply too... at least some people are more careful when they are driving, some driver don't give a monkeys about people walking they just drive through the water and splash them...

oh i am sorry that you got splashed, by the time i got splashed the second time, i was almost at the village so i just decided to carry on, get my shopping then get home, i was soaked when i got home but i took a shower and got dry and then chilled out, these things happen but sometimes these drivers do it for laughs, if they got caught they would get a fine for that....

oh i used to puddle jump with my kids when they were little, they loved it, i allowed them to puddle jump which was more fun for htem because i dont usually allow them to do that, but if it was just for fun, it was worth it just to see their faces....

well the first splash wasn't that big but the 2nd one was, that's the one that really got me soaked, by the time i got to the village i was drowned..LOL...but i got my shopping done and got home fast, i do think that these drivers should not do this because if they got caught they would get done for it.

Did you hear about the guy on u tube who aimed at a puddle and completely soaked some people at the bus stop he got done for it.

i was in a world of my own today J, i wasn't especting to get splashed like that but i thought...aahhh sod it, i'm wet now so i better get the shopping done, even my shoes were squelching....LOL...

Yes, he's growing fast! When I got him, he was not litter box trained, but he's now using it all right and I'm currently trying to teach him not to go on the table or to try and eat my food. This is an ongoing dispute. With this weather, I go out as little as possible - I'm turning into a real hermit!

if it wasn't so cold, it wouldn't have bothered me, but it's getting cold, the rain hurt my skin, i was soaked and cold, so i did a fast shopping spree and got home before i caught my death of cold...

The street in front of the gym gets flooded when it rains. If i would have walked out the door one night just 30 secons sooner I would have been wet from head to toe. I had to back up a few steps anyway. I always try to go slow especiall in the parking lots where alot of people are walking.
