 i have just recently been in formed by my own doctor because i have asthma and they have told me that i need to have a flu jab plus a swine flu one has any body else have to have one and does it make you really poorly

I have to disagree with those here that think you need a flu shot because of the asthma thing.
I won't go into whether the diagnosis was correct but as an herbalist and someone that was diagnosed with asthma over 22 yrs ago I have to say there are much better ways to protect yourself than with this dangerous vaccine.
I want you to look at the links I'm giving you on how the shot does not protect against asthma and actually in some cases I've seen made it worse!
And I would recommend a good small intestine or colon cleanse; several of them as a matter of fact. This is the cause of most lung disorders.
I know there are those here that will argue this point with me but believe me when I say that I almost died because of the incompetence of doctors and when I went to an herbalist I found the relief I needed. I was on not only Albuterol for the attacks but also two steroids. And they didn't help!
I do not take any RX meds at all now. I have not had any asthma for over three years. And it's because I got my colon doing it's job.

All of the them get sick except me because I'm very careful to be infected by them. I'm the one who taking care of them and do all the household chores for them. Flu shot is expensive what more the H1N1 it is really expensive but the vaccine for it is not yet available here in the Philippines.

I dont really know if it can make us poorly or not, but I think I would rather take the risk that it could, than get Swine Flu and maybe die.
I am going to get mine arranged this coming week, and if you still havent had yours I will let you know how it is.
Think about getting it Lisa, I think I should have got mine by now.
