What do you think about the saying, "It is never too old to learn."?

I would say that is true because the sooner you get started on working on something you want to do the longer you will have to be able to do it. To get good at something you just need a lot of practice and as long as you have time to work at getting better at things then you will eventually get better at them.

hello, i agree with you, don't you know that there was an old lady who graduated from elementary and an oldman who completed his college degree. it was never too old to learn, like my mom who took a masteral in PNU but she didn't continue due to low funds for the tuition

Do you use Firefox? If so, if you hold Ctrl and scroll up with your mouse, the printing will be bigger. If you hold Ctrl and scroll down with your mouse, the printing will be smaller. I know this works with Firefox, but I'm not sure if it does with other browsers.

Now to answer your question. "Never too old to learn?" Well, some would call me old. I don't think I am old, but I admit I am 73. I am happy to say that I never stop learning and never want to stop.

There is a lot of truth to the saying. I know of people who had graduated high school years ago and are now going to college. My husband graduated high school in the 80s and is now a freshman attending the University of Phoenix online. I was 28 when I started college and graduated in the 90s. I just got my BA degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho this past July and will be attedning The University of Phoenix in December. I am proud of myself. I feel that learning is an ongoing process that never ends.

Yeah, it's never too late to learn. In our life, everyday is a learning process, like you will tend to encounter a lot of things and learn from them. Even if we are that old, we still learn something...about new things, about life..and that's how wonderful life is.

yes for me i think learning is just a part of life. though i don't plan to master a lot of things. but i need to learn time to time of some things from here and there to get me through life to make life easier and more comfortable.

Indeed there is no age to learn new things and we become a child on discovering a new thing or getting to learn something new. Last time I felt this way was the time I learned how to take a screen shot by pressing Print Screen Key and shift. I felt like on the top pf the world.

In my eyes, everyone who are worried about their age should follow the saying, "It is never to old to learn."

It is obvious that age is no handicap to learning anything you want to learn. As far as I know, many people have the mistaken idea that age is a drag on learning and as they are getting old, they tend to lose your capacity to learn. As we grow older, or if we have already reached or passed middle age, don't fool ourselves with the idea that the capacity to learn diminishes with age. We can be successful if we want and there are no relationship between study and age.
