How can one stop shouting loudly when angry? How to control it? It sometimes leads to arguments...after getting cooled we feel that we could have not shouted like that. but at that situation one cannot control..how to?

oh yes, i do get very angry and yell shout loudly. I feel its in my blood and my heritage. I get upset with myself afterwards, especially if I seem to be yelling at my son or infront of my son. I am starting to walk away, take deep breathes and learn some relaxation, calming techniques. I really don't want my son to grow up and do the same thing. :(
Though I also know its natural and many of us do it...shout loudly.

Yeah, sometimes, we may meet such a situation that we are so angry that lose control completely.
Even if some people are patient and kind, when meeting some unexpected situations, they may tend to lose control of their temper without any hesitation. In my eyes, it is very common for all people because it is a nature of us human beings. When starting shouting loudly, usually, I will make me pay more attention to the good side of things and give it the benefit of the doubt.
Keep retaining us self-control and think it twice before getting angry.
