Have you ever fell off the bed in your sleep?

Oh wow! I have never been in that deep a sleep where I fell off the bed while sleeping.

it happens to me too, and sadly i think my kids inherited that gene of mine, so what i do is i place side bars on there bed and as additional precautions, it place soft mattress beside the bed just in case.

It's been a while since that's happened to me. I dreamed I was falling at the time I slept on a water bed and I rolled out of the bed woke up on the floor. When I was a kid I had a bunk bed and I rolled off a few times that hurt a lot that was quite a fall. my dad the next day put a wooden bar across at that was it. Now I'm a grown up I sleep on the other side of the bed so I don't roll out of the bed I'm close to the wall now. I could roll out of bed I have a cat the sleeps next to me so it makes life's easier having my little watch cat kidding. Having my boyfriend on that side when he stays over helps cuz he sleeps on that side. I haven't rolled out of the bed since I got rid of the water bed maybe more then 3 years since i got rid of it,but I only ended up on the floor a few times no big in less it's a bunk bed.

Yes I have fallen out of bed a couple of times but it immediately woke me up. I fell of my chase lounge chair once and in my sleep just got back in the chair and woke up with my pillow bloody because I hot my head on the corner of the lamp table. It was right at my eyebrow so I barely missed damaging my eye.......

This thing has happened to me many a times so now m not allowed to sleep on bed but on the floor.I have this habit of rolling when in sleep and most of the tym I wake up out of place.I remember one incident when I was sleeping on the bed and I fell from it directly on my bro but I still didn't realized it even though my brother was screaming.M a very compulsive sleeper and once m in deep sleep even God can't wake me up.After that incident I was never allowed to sleep on bed.

One time I fell off the bed in my sleep, I don't remember exactly what age I was, I think I was 16. The day before I went to the beach, sunbathed all day, swam so much, then I think I also went out for running, in the end I was just so tired I fell off the bed in my sleep!!!

It was happened to me many more times, because I used to have the
good dreams when I was at deep sleep so in the dreams I used to fight with
most of the friends and boyfriends and then jumping from the bed, finally
I have fell off from the bed to the floor. So this was happened to me
many more days when that time I was on deep sleep in the good dreams. So this
was happened to many more peoples and also they are feels shame for that,
finally just a week before I have been fell off the bed due to heavy fighting
with my friends in the dreams.

Yeah, dozens of times. It usually wakes me up, but sometimes, i continue sleeping. Don't worry, it is very common, happened to all members of my family

I almost fell off my bed... but never really fell down... I woke up before I fell... I felt I was on the edge of the bed and was about to fall down.It was like oppsss... it was really really close.
