When I can't sleep, I usually continue surfing the internet while making money. I often can't sleep at night so I click advertisements online at that time to earn money with the sites I listed on my profile page.

You can even get rain falling noise. Yes, sound can make you sleepy. Watch what you eat during the day. Caffeine or too much salt can keep you awake for hours. | |

Sometimes i even forget to turn the tv of when i fall asleep watching and it would just be on the whole night which is not a good idea since it would really be a lot of waste of electricity.
