How many think that there education is being used in the jobs?

training is used that is practical
but our education system is not practical now dayz

The knowledge that you gained in formal education is useful in a way that it teaches the basic knowledge of what you do; however, but experience in the job is also helpful too. There are just some things that are not taught in school.

Our education helps in some places eventhough it is formal and most is theoretical. The education gives us the framework of the problem we are going to face in our future. It is us who has to make the education use to solve the problem in the practical life.

Lol the basic education and the bunch of degrees are good for getting a job, but it is the training and interaction, the seminars are actually used in jobs, that is my honest view. Thank you so much for this nice discussion. keep sharing, enjoy a great day, cheers.
