I am using contour abs and loving it!

I recently purchased contour abs from a friend and I love it. When I use it it pushed my stomache in and out usingthis shock theophy. I believe it is helping shaping my abs. It felt weird at first because I was not used to being shocked like I was. It was great I can really feel results. After the first couple days j was sore but after awhile got used to it. It is so much easier than doing regular situps. I love how a machine can do it for you without all that extra sweating and moving around. They should have made these things along time ago. It would have been really ideal for me. I can walk with the contour ab belt on and do house work. It is just so neat. I can't stress it enough. I love this product so much. I would definetly recommend getting one.
