what will you do if your pc is hacked by someone??

It depends on how bad it is. Some stuff are just trojans and spyware but if it's something serious like they got my identity and banking information, then I would likely contact my bank and local authorities to report a suspected internet crime.

A friend of mine didn't take it seriously but lucky our banking system here works very well. Someone stole his credit card information and tried to buy some laptops online. The account was immediately frozen and further action was taken.

Haven't experienced it, but if that occurs, I'll just do what you did, but in my case I don't have any Anti-Virus installed in my computer so I dunno if I can detect any of the signs, hahaha^_^

if people are sensible and keep their pc secure and thge updates d/loaded then the chances of being hacked are tiny.

Most people open emails or click on links thats the usual way people get hacked which is easily avoidable by not openning anything you are suspicous of and keeping anti virus upto date as a fail safe.

If I got hack I'd turn pc off restart in safe mode with no networking and take the virus or the malicious program out. If I suspected my bank details were taken I would just change all my passwords once I had the pc clean.

It really is no big issue if you are careful and keep your updates upto date and also have your anti virus working chances are very low.
