I have no idea on this however, a fellow mylotter & one of my friends (you can find him on my friend list) his name is SilverJr started up incentiveclix a few months ago...I would suggest talking to him to see what he has to say on the matter. He should be able to tell you how to go about it. I know he had his fair shar of problems at the beginning & now he has over 1000 members.

Good to know that you are about to start a PTC site. Atleast we can have a genuine ptc site. I do not have much idea about starting a ptc site however I would suggest you not to use buxhost script because most sites which have this script turned into scam. So people might not be interested to join in your site.

Apart from hosting and infrastructure or interface, if you can not find real commercials --> then you are digging your grave to burry your reputation in it.
What I see is first start a demo, but promise something in demo period, gather as many as active users (not 1000), then promote your business to advertisers who use real cash to advirtise something.
Before making your first penny, you need to spend a great effort (and money) to shout out loud.

The script is the last thing you should worry about. What you have to worry is your plannings. You'll need funds(very obvious). Now, what matters is your click rates, ref click rates, membership prices and earnings, ref prices, ref limits etc. You will need to think about the design as well. When it comes to script, custom made scripts are obviously the best, but not recommended if you're new to creating ptc sites. Therefore, i believe gen3 is the only option available at this point.

To be successful in a PTC business? You will need to have a strong marketing plan, good rates, ads to publish etc. Be realistic, you won't get much advertisers if you're planning to do sites like palmbux etc. Prices are too high and you will need to rely on other earning methods. What you can do is affiliate marketing like other buxes. You will also need a coder on standby unless you're one yourself. Make sure you've planned everything well and get the site into test mode, make sure it is tested by 10-20 people and hopefully everything goes well.

I have made a research one time about ptc scripts and came to read an estimate on how to be successful in ptc business. In the explanation, the author says that at least you have your own domain name registered for two years, a good webhosting that is generous in giving a lot of bandwith, and of course your script. Then he goes on to say that, a ptc owner who is starting should have at least $2,000 in his PayPal account to pay for the cashouts and advertising until a good number of advertisers will come in. So, if you have at least $2,000 in your PayPal account, you can start.
