my female friend gets off to her work at 6pm and hits the gym at 6:30pm her mom advise her that working out in the evening isn't good to do co'z the body is slowing down and getting ready for sleep so going to the gym in the evening is bad idea, however she has no other time to workout, any suggestions? and it's really a bad idea to workout in the evening?

1. Skyeblue25 (192) | 1 month ago | I don't see any reason why she cannot work out in the early evening. I have tried looking it up for you and I cannot find any website to say you shouldn't. Many people do their workout after work, due to not having the time at any other part of the day. It is advisable to eat something after you workout though, but I would make it a light snack or small healthy meal, as you don't want to eat too close to bedtime.
A lot of people find exercise in the early evening actually aids sleep. So I say your friend should do whats right for her.

This is totally wrong information that our body gets downed in the evening and not advisable for the gym. Most of the medical professional and gym instructor would advise to choose the morning or evening time both are the best for the gym in order to have the good practice. But unfortunately your mum told that wrong information. So you don't worry and tell your female friend to go in the evening to the gym and do the practice in order to keep the body to fit and also it would give more refreshment in the night time to have the best and deep sleep. I have been doing the gym in the evening time since for long years, nothing is happened wrong, fortunately everything is fine.
