I know Alcohol is bad for your liver, cigarettes are bad for your lungs and fat is bad for you arteries wich means it's bad for your heart sad .
Is there anything that's bad but it's really good for you? Maybe rough sex? wink

I thought red wine was good for the heart....might be bad for the liver though..lol bad boys are sometimes good for us..makes us appreciate living..while growing up everything that was good for us supposedly was bad..tasting that is.. and some still is.
