Yogurt desserts

My sister in law always mixes some chocolate Nestle Quick powder in to her yogurt. I have not tried it, but it might help enhance the flavor. Or you could sprinkle some yogurt on top and eat it like that, or mix in some fresh or frozen fruit to help it to taste better. You could also mix in some Jello powder, sugar free if you are trying to lose weight, regular if you are not. About teaspoon should do the trick.

Can you freeze it? It might taste better as frozen yogurt

Just sprinkle some cinnamon powder in, and mix it real well. Or try it as a spread on bagels. How about filling a cup, and then mixing in some grape jelly. Yummy.

Make it really cold and mix it with fruits!

Well i'm from Turkey. And being one of our traditional foods, we dont use yogurt as a desert. I know it might sound weird since most people eat yogurt with sugar or some other ingredients to make it like a dessert. In Turkey we use yogurt and recipes made from yogurt as appetizer's or savory food. Gonna give some recipes, but the yogurt must have no sugar in it for those recipes.

'Cacik': Slice cucumbers in small cubes and mix them with yogurt. Also add some water to reach a dense consistence but that can be eaten with spoon. If you like you can add some squezzed garlic and mix that aswell. Serve in a bowl with a little bit olive oil and dry mint on. Serve cold.

'Ayran': That is actually a drink made by just water and yogurt. All you need to do is add some water into yogurt and shake it well. Serve cold.

Hello i am from india, i am very fond of yougurt, we make it at home from cow milk only, each morning i eat a plateful, to this i add sugar and pinch of salt, in summer i take it as lassi--- my favorite lol..... Well if you have the plain yogurt it can be blah!!You could add fresh bluberries or strawberries to it and it should not be so blah.Also you night want to cut up some bannanas and put it in the yogurt and sprinlke with nutmeg or cinnamon.
