Do you feel like having suction tires in your bike?

I always see the advertisement suction tires but, i don't know anything about it, do you know anything about it? What does it do? and What can it do for your bike? Do you feel having one? Is it expensive? Is it safe to use? Lots of questions about this bike... Because i do not know much about it. Anyway that is why i posted this topic for me to learn about this bike and to have your opinion about it.
