walking is a very good exercise for everybody .it is very good for diabetics,pregnant woman,and for obesity people.it is a very very good exercise for everything.i do walking everyday in the evening.i love to do it.do you do walking.when will you go for walking.where will you go for walking.what is your opinion about walking.share your opinion.

You are right, walking is good for you. I try to walk around the lake behind my building every morning or evening, unless the weather is really bad. Other times I will go to the beach and take a long walk along the shore, passing many people doing the same. It's a daily routine we should all do.

Due to the job pattern, hardly i get a scope of walking. Day long sitting and travelling by office jeep, frequent meeting; that is the life style. For my this office, last one year no walking, no jogging. The consequence is that i can claim myself as a fat man now.

hello crushy!

yup! i like to walk and would love to walk a lot! i also believe that its really good for our health and the best & simplest form of exercise!
when i was still working, i enjoy walking from the bus stop to our office which takes me about 10-15 mins i think depends on how fast i walk... and it makes me energetic for the rest of the day coz i think my blood do circulates well...

but right now, since i stop working i was not able to do it regularly...most of the time i am just at home doing my things in the house! huh! but sometime when i go with my husband in his work, i can still have the walk that i want...
sometimes we visit some of our friends living in mountanous areas and we are just walking which takes us about an hour & half...and the longest that we take takes us about 3 hours! huh!

but the best place for me to walk is by the sea! i just enjoy the sea and walking on the sand is really great! even on stony seashore with barefoot is also great for me!thumbup

Yes,i did walking since i was young..everyday to school i walk for like 10 mins away to and back,at my teens age i walk to school for like 20 mins from home to and back.Then later i walk to or back like 35 mins away from my previous school,sometimes i took the bus.Now,i need the bus and train to get to my another school..from my home to the train tooks me like 20 mins of walking.And i did that too to or back from the train..its depends if im late.I'll always did my walkings to somewhere nearby.

For my own free time,if im going out somewhere far i'll still walk to the train.For me walking is one simple and fun activity.BUT,for all my 20 years of life..though i took walking as my daily activities..im still an obese.That's sad.hahahaks

I dont find it easy for me to lose these damn fats.Might be because of my genes.But i wont lose hope.Will continue to strive for a healthy body!=)

Yes! I like the walking too! I always have a walking after I have my supper, it's good for my health! The grove is my first choice,the birds fly back home, the afterglow floats softly, all things is OK!

yes. i like to walk. i need to go walking more. i try to do it in the evening. i should go now. it's about that time. i like to walk when it's darker out because there's less people out. i need to walk to lose weight. and also to get outside.
