My latest work blunder! ..And what's yours?

Ohmigosh. It was monday morning, at Macy's, and I was pushing a cart full of back stock (overflow merchandise) to the stock room - and I knocked over an $80 Ralph Lauren Polo cologne Christmas set! Goodness. To make matters worse, I tried to clean it up myself at first, and ended up getting it all over my hands and dress pants - and it literally would NOT wash off. I ended up smelling like Polo (which smells good, but only in moderation) for the REST OF THE DAY. (And as we all know.. When you're a chick, smelling like mens cologne is NOT a good thing!) It was so strong and gave me (and everyone around me!) such an uber-bad headache. Luckily my boss didn't make me pay for it (thankfully!) and I didn't get reprimanded for it at all. But it was still a pain in the butt. What about you? I want to hear some stories to reassure myself that I'm not the only one who has the occasional work-related blunder.
