Hi,kush,Different people have different opinions, who are we to comment on their views..and just their personal feelings..if that is the case what is the value for your views, expect from others...people do hard work for earnings along with fun,but not pure fun.And in general it is true in many cases, that nobody do 5-8 hours with hard work, without sleeping for enjoyment..there are many ways to enjoy, not only mylot.Regarding reputation also it belongs to psychological feeling,we can't go like that without feeling anything,it is useless being a human being. What is the difference between members having reputation marks 10 and 5..there must be some reason..but all of a sudden,if that reduces to half,as you feel that one should not bother..If you want right answer, let start discussion with.mysdianait and she will give you right response..she may come across with you in any one of your discussions. All the best.

I don't think reputation affects your earnings, I mean, your reputation is your problem, mylot is not supposed to pay you less.

Doesn't really matter to me right now if my star losses its glow every now and then. But surely it will affect my earnings. How? Consider this, the higher your star is, the more members will gain trust in you and would participate in your discussion more than a lower star rating member, thus making you earn more.
