First Short Term Goal  | | I let my weight get the best of me. I could feel my clothes getting tighter so I stopped off at the store and bought a scale. I weighed in at 211 pounds. I can't believe I allowed myself to gain so much weight.
I am no longer drinking soda. Kicked that habbit two months ago. Now I am working on eating breakfast every morning, drinking 64 oz of water, and actually eating veggies.
I started my cardio yesterday. 30 min. on the treadmill and a mile walk outside with my daughter.
My short term goal is to be 195.5 pounds by Dec. 25.
If you have made a short term weight loss goal tell me about it (and good luck). If you haven't I challenge you to make one and share it with me.

meggan79 (520) | 2 months ago | Thanks for the response. I feel your pain on eating to early. My daughter likes to eat no later then 5:30pm so I always find myself hungry at night too. Been trying to only keep healthy food in the house, but I always find the one piece of junk food lurking around.

I have decided if I do not accomplish anything else this comiing year I am going to get down to 150 pounds where I feel good and my clothes fit me again.So I need to set a short term goal.I do not get outside much so need to make a promise to walk every day for thirty minutes. I think my first goal will be 196 by Christmas and hope I really can do it, oh I know I can if I work at it. It is hard to lose when you cannot make your own meals but there has to be a way, even if just cutting the stuff in half on my plate. lol.

I am also starting tomorrow to cut out all caffiene. (scary)
