Praise from your boss

My friend work in a car sale company and he can sell 30 cars every month. The boss appreciate him very much. Recently there are a lot of difficult problem. My friend think he only can sell 10 cars this month. He is a stager and say to boss,'People do not have more free money and market is bad. I guess I can sell 5 cars at most.' The boss nod and agree with his idea. But a month's later my friend sell 12 cars. The boss is very pleased. If my friend said he can sell 30 cars or did not say anything before. At last he only sell 12 cars. The boss will be very sad and blame him.
