What does the number in colored star mean?

Sorry for my silly question, but what does the number in colored star above each ID stand for? Thanks in advance!

maybe it stands for the level of u on the mylot,u have the star?
u are so strong, only 36 ties,i send 100 ties ,just the five level

Hi, you can move your mouse on it, than you will find a line words in black and the background is yellow. It shows the user's repution. The highest score is 100. And the different figures is the real score the user gets.
