do you dress your kids up for holiday pictures?

Well, I did, (see avatar) and I think the pics came out fantastic. Some friends of mine just put on the same color t-shirts. Some others wear the reindeer headbands. I think those are so silly. Do you do anything special or different?

Hello ersmommy. I just discovered this new avatar from responding to your previous discussion that I have read today from my email notification. I am very happy to see your new avatar with your kids dressing so beautifully. We do the same to dress our babies up for holiday pictures. The kids are happy as always with new clothes on. I used to dress my daughter up for holiday pictures when she was much younger. I thought it was cute to have her picture taken with Santa. She cried every time though LOL.

My little sister is 7 and whenever we go for holiday pictures, we usually just have her dress NICELY and in some red/black/holiday getup. Becuase she's not a little kid (like she used to be! Just yesterday it feels like!) - we don't make her wear reindeer hats or anything like that.
