How hard do/can you cry?  

Oh Wow! This is right up my alley! I have gotten so upset that I cry unti; I feel like I'm gonna pass out...like I hyperventilate...and yes i have thrown up when i cry'''and i can't stop...i get the sup-sups from it.

hi ambiepam oh dear when I first came here I was sort of shell shocked so to speak, just found it so hard to believe that a few months before we had lived happily in our two bedroom apartment, my son going out to work everyday, me mylotting and keeping house, then boom he lost his job, we ran out of money , we got evicted and there we were homeless. and I was here amid a lot of strangers some were very strange strangers and no home to go home too.well I cried soft sobs that nobody else could hear, day after day for a week then I realized that was just making me miserable. I had better try to be happy where I was. so I made a few friends and started going to the few events they had for us residents, and I did feel a lot better, i have not cried since as its pretty useless to do. we will survive, we will get back together but it will take a bit of time. Ambie I did not cry when my husband died, i was in total shocke then one day four weeks later while working in the library I found a stranger person doing some of my work. I thought maybe I had been fired. I went to the second in command and broke into tears and i cried so hard I was ill with it. she told me no of cou rse I had not been fired, the person was making up community service in lieu of jail time. So really I was crying because I had lost my husband. but it did not hit me til then and I couldnot seem to stop. it was awful.

Hi. I can cry at the simplest of things. I cry because of watching TV series or devastating news, reading books, hearing sad stories, and minor personal problems. I could become so maudlin at times. But I don't use to influence others. I've seen some people use their crying "manipulate" others do what they want them to do.

I didn't experience passing out or throwing up because of excessive crying. I could cry for a night and feel good in the morning.

It seems that I havn't cried since I was in highschool.
Recently I'm looking for some films that can make me cry, but I havn't found it yet. I remember I can cry by the affecting movies, but now I just can affected by them but not cry, which seems so hard.

First of all ,crying is a way to express your strong emotion,so ,in my opinion ,there's no need to find whether cyring is a shame.Secondly, I'm a person who seldom cry,even I myself don't know why ~Maybe someday,whenI reallt feel heartbroken.I WILL CRY, HARD.

oh dear! i haven't heard of that before i mean cry un till you throw up, i wonder how that can happen, i guess i haven't been through such misery, it's so sad . . i do cry but not very hard, and i cry only when alone or say i tend not to cry near others but if some situation like that comes then i will not say much, guess i have still a lot to see and learn from life... i have never cried this hard and hope i never need to..

I too, have cried so hard its given me a migraine. I've also had migraines so bad its made me cry. Never thrown up, but the former roommate cried so hard that Briar, who hated it when she cried, turned and hissed at me because I must've been making her cry.

I think the last time I cried really hard was when my then future Dad in law had passed away. I never had a good relationship with my biological dad and so these 6 months when I had a dad were wonderful from the time I first saw him till he went to Heaven.
I have a hole in the left retina which was cared for with laser so it cant rip open any further and one thing I was told was to see to not crying too hard cause it could cause damage to my eye.

I cry a lot. I am a cry baby. When one of my pets were missing I cry while looking at them. When I am watching drama programs I cry. When I hear sad songs I cry. When I know someone died and she or he is very young to live the earth I cry. I cry whenever I see someone cry, like tears of joy. I cry a bucket. I can even cry for one whole hour. I agree, I am having mindgrain after crying this is merely because of so much water have pour out on our eyes. I hate crying too that is why I hate to watch drama films. And it gives me a hard time breathing when I cries so much, I feel like I could die. I never experience throwing up, but throwing up because of mindgrain i have.

I have cried very hard at times too but most of the time I cry in silence. I usually do not cry out loud unless no one is around to hear me. I do cry out loud when I am mad too though.
