Having fun inside your own head: Cracking yourself up!  

Lol Cookie, I can keep myself occupied yes but not in that way lol
I have Gissi to crack me up with his little ways and means he has been a bit of a Pain today and me being bad again with my Lungs just could not handle his little Game outside as it was freezing so I told him of, he barked at me, tail wagging and bouncing about, I told him no I was not playing I was mad at him, so what does he do, sits nice tail wagging on the wet pavement and head to the side well of course I melted but also had to laugh at him I just could not stay mad at him lol but sometimes yes when I think of certain things I have to say I have to laugh to but you are certainly having a fun time lol

Good that you can have fun by yourself. That you can remember something and crack up laughing. Just don't let anybody see you. They might think that you are hogging all the happy thoughts!

yes sometimes I just chuckle to myself, this may not seem funny to you but it is hilarious to me,

my son has a west indian friend, a man from Jamaica, with the long dreads and the whole works, he is also a very dark skinned man.

I needed to put that in there to see what my son and I found so funny,

well we love this guy really we do, it is my son's best friend, they have been friends since they were 5 years old.

Well my son got an xbox last year but the friend just got one this year.

however there was a problem the friend's ex box,

on a game they play together, the game would never register the friend's name, let's day just for this discussion, the friends name is Derek Brown, it is not but just so you can see how funny the situation was to me.

Well Derek could never get his games recorded because every day when he signed on the system signed him up with a different name, once it was guy pierce, another time it was david hornsby, but the name that I still can't stop laughing about is

not only is the name weird

who has a russian first name and a scotish last name,

I just find it so funny.


he didn't find it funny, he called up xbox of course and got the problem fixed.

Of course I know anybody on the face of this earth can have any name,

and yes Derek knows us very well and knows we are not racist, Derek is like a son to me.

but the name was just very comical, boris mcintee was funny on its own and I would have laughed if my son was given that name too.

Hi OreoCookie, I don't get bored very often either, in fact I don't feel that I have time. lol! I often have fun inside my own head,especially when I think of certain things I do without realizing it. Wouldn't it be great if our second childhood could be as much fun as our first? lol! Blessings.

I have done that, but I try not too. I have a habit of vocolizing my thoughts when I shouldn't. People often think I've lost my mind, or never had it So I try to refrain from doing so. However, when I was younger doing that would get me in trouble. I was thinking something and all the sudden I would start talking with no one talking to me. Then people would go.... what.... I really hated when that would happen.

I don't really crack myself up but I can think of episodes from ym favorite movie and things they say in it, and I will laugh every time I watch it, hear them speak or even think of it LOL. I wish I could be in sync with my inner child. I have been seeking that for years. I want to love being me but it just doesn't come for some reason. I do have troubles in my life but I try not to think or talk about it too much. I wear myself out trying to get through it.

Hey oreo! I am so like you when it comes to being able to crack
myself up! And I have two girlfriends that I can always count
on to laugh with too! We can find stupid things to laugh about
together all the time! When one of my girlfriends and I were
in Rehab together we were always getting in trouble because she
was always laughing, about nothing and she would get me going and
we couldn't stop! We were always getting kicked out of our group
and our counselor was always getting mad at us! And I have
another girlfriend/neighbor who is the same way! We just laugh
at stupid stuff all the time! It can be just a word or anything
and we will be rolling on the floor, even on the phone! I can
think of something when I'm by myself and just start cracking
up too! My friends always tell me that I am so funny! I don't
even try to be!

Unfortunately, I can crack myself up in my own head. Which prompts many people, including family, to stare at me strangely when I spontaneously erupt into laughter.

OMG! My mind is crazy! lol. Sometimes I can't even fall asleep because my mind won't stop going!

At work...I'll start thinking about something I've seen that is funny, and I'll laugh...and I'm always worried my coworker will think I'm crazy! lol. And once I think of something funny...it gets stuck in my head like song lyrics! lol

Maybe if they ever give me the chance, I will spend some time being you. Although I do enjoy humor and sometimes see it in my life, what goes on in my head is normally of a serious nature. The brain is occupied, not necessarily productively, with life, work, plans, and regrets.
