Do you eat Nature's Own bread? Which is healthier, 100% Whole Wheat or 100% Whole Grain? If you eat one or the other, have you tried both and which have you chosen and why?

I think I have tried Nature's Own bread. I like it if it's the one I think. 100% whole wheat is whole grain. If a bread says it is 100% whole grain read the ingredients it probably has more than one whole grain. Whole wheat may use only wheat where the whole grain breads probably use other whole grains like oats or rye or other grains.

They have two, one is called 100% Whole Wheat and is made with stone ground wheat, the other is called 100% Whole Grain and has whole wheat along with several other grains and I was asking opinions on the difference between the two Nature's Own products.

I tasted both of those two kinds of bread and regarding about the taste they are very much the same and that according to the taste. However, the only difference that I experienced about the two is that I could eat more pieces of the whole grain type of bread as compared to the whole wheat type of bread.
