No Office Christmas Party is complete without..................  

We had a catered lunch at work yesterday. That's about it.

I did go to a thing with a hypnotist once. Amazing the silly things that they got people to do. I'd be really surprised if they could do anything with me though. I don't think I'd let my guard down far enough.

ROFLMAO - That was too funny. A few years back we did the whole comedy club thing, but the differences in age groups amoung the people was kind of uncomfortable. It boils down to a few gifts and a pot luck dinner. It's a small crew so it's like getting together with family really.

I went to the Cathedral guides lunch last week Sparky. No truckers that I saw and no hypnotist either. Mind as the average age is about 85 it doesn't take too much to put them to sleep (sorry Hatley if you are reading this. You are a livewire).

But I did learn an awful lot about "women's problems". Just goes to show that you can always learn something new.

You've got me really scared about this weekend. My boyfriend is having his work xmas party Saturday, and no one has any idea of what to expect. All we know is that we have to load onto a bus at one of the plants at 1pm Saturday afternoon. Apparently, last year, the "xmas party" included go cart racing an hour out of town. Knowing that, I will NOT be wearing MY faux mink coat.

Some of those that work with him are truckers... he's technically one of them, although that's not his primary job there now. I'll be sure to keep my eye on him, and make sure my camera is in hand!

Girl you are a damn nut!! we had a holiday party yesterday! i had a great time, but nothing at all like what you guys had!! i want to hang out with screaming girlie truckers giving birth too. i tell ya, some people get to have all the fun!!!

Working at home and going to school means major sacrifices - like no crazy Christmas parties for me - Boo!

That is indeed very funny. I can't even help smiling just reading about it. It must have been a blast!
Our Christmas party was held last weekend. I did not attend. I heard the company also cheaped-out, so I didn't bother. Some of the guys did have fun because they rented a room at the hotel were the party was, and just got wasted with their own alcohol.

LOL, That is a really good story. I wish I had been there. Most men think it's a breeze having a baby...so that would have been a sight. I hope they remembered those pains when they were brought around...then they would appreciate their wives more.

No Christmas party here. Not with his boss. The company is in Oklahoma and we are in Tennessee. He said they had one while he was in Canada but he did not go. Since we have not been to a party with this company we have no idea how they do things.
His other company spared no expense. They were wonderful although a bit political at first with all of the years happenings and earnings and who was the best employee and who had been there the longest...you get the idea.
Your party...I can just see all of that happening. I read this to the hubby and he laughed like crazy...lol
