A lot of promo cards, coupons, rebates etc are sent out from Minnesota. I know that Young America MN is a huge bed for the
rebates and gift cards. Maybe she did a rebate or something
and forgot about it.

I did send out a rebate for the new Transformers movie, I got a $5.00 check for that. If it were something like that, wouldn't it have a return address or a letter along with it?

That's what camodad found. I really can't think of anyone from that area. I'm in PA near Gettysburg. I've only ever been to CT, CA, VA, NC and MD. I really don't know of anyone in the MN area that would do this.

Maybe but I've moved numerous times since school. I'm in my 30's and haven't stayed in touch with anyone from school. The one's that I have recently gotten in touch with, all live in MD or IN. I really have no clue.
