| |  Hi scarlet, it sounds as if you have a mild case of conjuctivitus. Just get some drops from the pharmacy and boil wash the towels and pillow cases. If it's mild it can be easily spread. Does it weep and have white globs in it?

| |  no,it just swells and sooner or later makes a little head,like a pimple.
until it breaks it puts awful pressure on the lid though.
i am going to the pharmacy as soon as it opens tho-hopefully they have something new i can try.

| |  hate to say this, but maybe talking to the doc about getting a med to put in it when it happens
My dad had one holiday pictures with a black eye because he had to have a very minor surgery on his face and, because of his blood cancer, even that gave him a black eye.
Both of my black eyes didn't happen around holidays, one was when I fell off a horse on my head and the other was when I totaled a car on the freeway...

| |  Pluck the hair that's right in the head of the thing. I got rid of the one I got that way. It'll hurt like hell, but it'll feel better at the same time. You'll know when you've got the right one because of how much it'll hurt, but get that thing out of there and I think you'll be surprised at the results.

| |  i really wish i knew also and could help. my one daughter gets them at least once every 6 or 7 months. shes not sure where shes getting them either. i hope someone can tell you something. i've never had the problem.
